Servus, Welcome to our idyllic pitch on the Auerberg. Nestled in the heart of untouched nature, our spot offers a dreamlike panoramic view of the Alps, the Hohenpeissenberg, and the Auerberg itself. The majestic Alps dominate the horizon, revealing their full glory at sunrise. Directly adjacent is a sheep and horse pasture, home to our 10 sheep (sheep sounds included! :)) and two horses. Let the gentle sounds of nature and the soothing, expansive views transport you into a relaxed holiday mood. Access is via an asphalted road, which is easily accessible even for large vehicles and in all weather conditions. A full toilet and shower are available in the building 24 hours a day. Electricity is available in the bathroom and at the parking space. (*** Not for electric cars *** Anyone caught secretly charging their electric car will be evicted from the site and must pay a fine of €300!!! Unfortunately, this has become necessary. ?!) Waste disposal (for an extra charge) and black water disposal are possible. This makes the pitch ideal for self-sufficient campers who want to fully immerse themselves in nature and enjoy the simplicity of life under the open sky. In addition to the impressive nature, Upper Bavaria offers everything you need for a holiday: pure nature on the Auerberg, hiking, and sports opportunities (cycling, golf, etc.). Our pitch offers the perfect combination of peace, nature, and breathtaking views. Experience unforgettable days and nights in this unique environment. !!! There are several swimming lakes with kiosks nearby: 1. Haslacher See (the closest) – you can also go fishing and grab a burger at the kiosk 2. Schmuttersee (small and charming) – my personal TIP :) fishing is also possible 3. Forggensee, slightly larger (sailing, boating, boat trips, etc.) – fishing is also possible 4. Hiking on the Auerberg (Roman trail through the Feuersteinschlucht gorge) 5. Drei Mohren in Urspring = Great family-run restaurant with upscale Bavarian cuisine 6. Illach Wirtschaft (family-run, easily accessible by bike) – TIP: Free traditional wooden skittle alley for guests :) 7. We have two beautiful golf courses nearby: one is cozy and relaxed (Stenz), the other features a golf hotel (Gsteig) 8. Must-see = Neuschwanstein Castle and Linderhof Palace including Lake Alpsee 9. For a more sophisticated atmosphere, Lake Hopfensee is highly recommended 10. Füssen or Lechbruck have everything a tourist could wish for (TIP: Mini-golf)

1. The Auerberg features a T-bar lift – perfect for beginners! 2. Larger ski resorts are just 20 km away (Halblech, Tegelberg, etc.). 3. Hahnenkamm is only a 40-45 minute drive away.

The place was super nice, and the location and mountain view were a dream. However, the tenants in the house right next to us were very loud in the evenings and in the mornings as well. That really bothered us! Best regards

We were very warmly welcomed by the senior owner, who explained and showed us everything. The surroundings are beautiful and the site is actually very pleasant, provided that the two spots are only occupied by two motorhomes as described. Unfortunately, this was not the case during our stay. There were four vehicles there with 9 people who had to share one bathroom. This might have been okay if it had been cleaned regularly, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case for several days. Additionally, in August, we were bitten by an extreme number of mosquitoes; 50 bites in a single day happened quickly. It's a shame! Given the otherwise exclusively positive reviews, we feel compelled to share these circumstances. Other than the friendly senior owner, we were unable to find any other person in charge to speak to.

Super beautiful spot, dreamlike views and such a peaceful atmosphere! Christoph's parents are very nice; I was even allowed to do some laundry. Thanks for that! Unfortunately, the price is still absolutely excessive... I paid €141 for two nights for 1 adult and 1 five-year-old child. The value for money just isn't right there.
