At Schönbühlhof, you can truly unwind and breathe deeply. Enjoy breathtaking sunrises and sunsets with magnificent views of the Glarus and Central Swiss Alps. A renovated 6-meter long 'Öpfelchüechli Chilbiwagen' (apple fritter fairground wagon) from 1968 awaits you, complete with its own seating area and unobstructed views of the surroundings. The eastern side of the wagon can be folded down or up, allowing you to practically sleep outdoors. Mattresses are provided, but please bring your own sleeping bag. A gas grill is available for your use. Bed linen, breakfast, and much more can be optionally requested on-site. If you're looking for that cozy 'crackling and scent' experience, an old cannon stove is at your disposal. Should this wagon not be available, we also offer a glamping tent on Nomady.

Wonderful farm with lots to discover in a stunning location. Super friendly and entertaining hosts. Wonderful for just unwinding, having a barbecue, and just being. Top breakfast with produce fresh from the farm.

My son and I stayed with Caro & Markus for 2 nights as guests – or perhaps more like "visiting friends". The farm is lovingly decorated and designed with lots of original artwork and everyday objects/tools. My son was allowed to help make hay and felt completely at home – and so did I☺️. Thank you so much, we would love to come back and stay the night in your unique wagon.
