It was a very beautiful and quiet place surrounded by cows and a wonderful view of the mountains. We received a warm welcome and there is a small farm shop with very delicious cheese. We would love to come back.
Wonderful little spot in the middle of nature and surrounded by cows. Delicious treats from the farm shop. Simply beautiful.
Quiet, secluded location. Spacious pitch with a refreshing outdoor shower and clean toilet. Curious cows right next to the camper. Not much to do in the surrounding area, mountain biking is rather difficult, few circular hiking trails. We did the Greina Trail, incredibly beautiful and highly recommended!
We received a very warm welcome (in Italian and English) and were able to choose a pitch behind the hay barn. The view of the mountains from there is breathtaking! Right next to the farm, there is a rarely used dirt track that invites you to go hiking in the nearby forest. We did notice the blower mentioned by other travelers, but not only because of our van's good insulation, it didn't really bother us much. Also worth mentioning is the farm shop with delicious homemade cheese, butter, etc. The friendly host Alice is multilingual and enjoys chatting with guests. Unfortunately, we were only passing through, but we would love to spend more time in the Blenio Valley and Camp Alnéid on another occasion.
We had a wonderful time at this campsite! The surroundings are beautiful, with direct access to the forest right from your pitch. It’s super peaceful (there’s a machine running in the adjacent barn that makes a bit of noise, but it’s a steady hum that didn't bother us at all). On top of that, Alice was a fantastic host! A great bonus is the nearby farm shop selling delicious local products! It's no wonder we decided to extend our stay by an extra night, we’ll definitely keep this spot in mind for the future!
Location very open to nature. Excellent farm products (yogurt, cheeses). It's a pity you can't empty grey/black water, otherwise you could stay longer.
Cozy place, friendly welcome, and fresh showers 😁
