Welcome to Fahrtwind Camp, featuring unobstructed views of the Churfirsten mountains and the Rhine Valley in Graubünden. Important: Our pitch is exclusively for 2 adults (no children/babies or pets). Suitable for 1 vehicle up to a maximum length of 6 meters or a rooftop tent. Many years ago, we traveled in our own vintage VW bus and fell in love with the freedom of camping. Today, we are delighted to share that feeling with our guests. We live on a 100-year-old farm that we are passionately restoring. Our former stable is currently being transformed into our passion project—a unique mountain retreat. For this reason, we only offer a few select pitches. If you find available dates, we look forward to sharing this special place with you. You can expect peace, nature, privacy, your own private sanitary facilities, and numerous opportunities for hiking, biking, and skiing. Nach vielen Reisen mit unserem VW T2 war es Zeit, anzukommen. Im Jahr 2023 haben Guido und ich unser über 100-jähriges Bauernhaus übernommen und mit viel Liebe, Hingabe und Eigenleistung saniert. Doch wir sind Menschen mit Träumen und Visionen. Deshalb haben wir uns entschieden, auch unseren alten Stall neu zum Leben zu erwecken. Mit viel Herzblut entsteht daraus aktuell Casa Caluma – ein besonderer Rückzugsort für zwei Personen, der 2026 seine Türen öffnen wird. Trotz dieses neuen Projekts möchten wir weiterhin die Schönheit dieses Ortes mit anderen teilen. Deshalb vergeben wir einige wenige Stellplätze für Gäste, die Ruhe, Natur und eine besondere Aussicht schätzen. Auf 900 m ü. M. eröffnet sich ein wunderschöner Blick auf die Churfirsten und die Bündner Herrschaft. Hier erwarten euch Privatsphäre, eine gemütliche Feuerstelle, klare Bergluft und ein Ort zum Ankommen und Durchatmen. Wenn ihr freie Daten findet, habt ihr ein kleines Stück Fahrtwind ganz für euch. Wir freuen uns darauf, unsere Geschichte, unsere Vision und diesen besonderen Ort mit euch zu teilen.

The cutoff is the latest check-in time of this spot — not midnight. Cancellations apply to the entire booking including extra products. Partial cancellations are not possible. Rules

Please avoid walking on the lawn when the grass is tall.

Please leave the bathroom clean and tidy.

Please do NOT use the fire pit during windy conditions or dry spells. Risk of fire!

We kindly ask for respect and consideration towards people and animals, as we are located in an agricultural area.

You are welcome to use photos of the location for your private use, but please respect our privacy and note that we do not allow drone flights. Thank you!

Surroundings & Activities

Winter access

The 'Fahrtwind-Camp' is situated at an altitude of 900 meters above sea level, which means that snow can be expected on the roads at certain times. While the camp is easily accessible for guests with 4x4 vehicles, we recommend carrying snow chains for all other vehicles to ensure necessary traction when needed. The access road is cleared early every morning to guarantee safe passage to the camp. Snow removal is carried out according to weather conditions to ensure smooth traffic and a pleasant arrival for our guests. Nevertheless, we recommend checking local weather forecasts and ensuring you have the appropriate equipment for winter conditions.
