The apartment is located on the edge of town, with a nature reserve beginning right behind our property. The 'European Watershed Trail' passes just below the grounds, inviting you to explore the outdoors. A trip to Rothenburg ob der Tauber is also highly recommended, located just 12 km away. Our communal garden is designed with nature in mind; we strive to unite people and the environment by planting many insect- and animal-friendly plants and creating natural stone walls. Guests have access to a fire pit and BBQ (please bring your own wood/charcoal) as well as a children's playground. The holiday apartment is located on the 1st floor. It features a kitchen (electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator without a freezer compartment!, kettle, toaster, egg cooker, coffee machine, etc.), a living room with a dining table for 12 people, a TV, and a sofa bed, as well as 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom contains a waterbed and a bunk bed. The second bedroom has 2 bunk beds and a sofa bed. There is also a bathroom with a shower-tub (please note: it can only be used for showering, not for bathing!). There is no washing machine available. The garden is a shared space (for guests and hosts) and you are welcome to use it. A fire pit, playground, and pavilion are available. There is no entitlement to use or rent reduction in the event of outages. The property is a traditional old farmstead. The facade and the entrance area have not yet been renovated. The apartment is available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. Use of the garden is at your own risk. Parents are responsible for their children. Free parking is available directly at the apartment. Charging electric cars is not permitted. Pets are not allowed.
