What is that?

Park Overnight (PON) offers simple, legal overnight spots in parking areas—ideal for spontaneous and safe travel. The spots are meant for one or more nights and are perfect when you need a quiet, official place to park, sleep and continue your journey.

Our lakeside estate, Gutshof zum See, is nestled in the charming hamlet of Kraatz (just 10 houses) at the end of a peaceful cul-de-sac, where tranquility and relaxation are paramount. Our property offers 6 dedicated parking spaces right on site. Just 4 km away lies the beautiful Arendsee, where you'll find all your daily necessities, a variety of restaurants, and a fantastic ice cream parlor. The Arendsee itself, with its crystal-clear, clean water, invites you to swim, or simply enjoy a leisurely walk and unwind. In the neighboring village of Klöden, there are two excellent restaurants, easily reachable with a pleasant 2 km stroll. Hiking, cycling, swimming in the lake… nature beckons you to embrace it!

The cutoff is the latest check-in time of this spot — not midnight. Cancellations apply to the entire booking including extra products. Partial cancellations are not possible. Our charming spot is nestled at the end of a peaceful cul-de-sac, with the stunning Natura 2000 nature reserve beginning right behind us. Just a few kilometers away, you'll find Arendsee, a delightful town offering all your daily essentials and even a fantastic swimming lake!

You can reach Lake Arendsee in a flash by bike. The surrounding nature also wonderfully invites you to hike and cycle. Perhaps even a walk with our alpacas is possible, and as another highlight, we offer horseback riding excursions into the beautiful nature (weather permitting, of course).

A wonderful place to switch off and take a deep breath. The quiet location in the middle of nature creates a very special atmosphere. Everything a camper needs is available – well thought out and lovingly designed. Absolutely recommendable!
