We offer a rustic pitch in the Allgäu region nestled under apple trees, located in a small hamlet right next to our house. The spot is set on a meadow with views of the forest and a small stream at the foot of a gentle hill—perfect for soaking up the sun all day long, especially the beautiful evening glow and sunset. Shade is provided by the fruit trees and the nearby forest, particularly in the mornings. The neighboring field is organically farmed, so you can experience a true taste of country life ;-) If things get a bit too busy during peak farming season, we can certainly find an alternative spot for you. Shopping facilities are available from 2.5 km away, including restaurants, a pizzeria, café, butcher, baker, supermarkets, and a drugstore. You can also easily reach several local producers by bike for wine, honey, Greek olive oil, eggs, and cheese. There are also plenty of opportunities for hikes and excursions; Lake Constance is about 35-40 km away, and the Alps are about 50 km away. Our little dog Cindy, visiting cats from the neighboring cattle farm, and our free-roaming chickens complete the rural idyll. You might even spot forest animals like deer or foxes—though be warned, they love to treat shoes as toys! Fridge access is available.
