Our shelter offers you a cozy retreat, surrounded by the beauty of meadows and forests. The base area is approximately 4x4m, and you even have your own fire pit to enjoy the special atmosphere. This tranquil spot, perfect for experiencing nature, can only be reached on foot, after a pleasant 10-minute hike. Experience the simplicity and magic of the Black Forest in our idyllic shelter at the edge of the woods!

A fire pit is available for cozy evenings. Water can be refilled at the farm, just a pleasant 10-minute walk away. Feel free to gather firewood from the surrounding forest. For your convenience, a shovel is provided for burying human waste.

A cross-country ski trail passes right near the property, leading you directly to the Thurner, one of Germany's most beautiful cross-country skiing areas. Night skiing under floodlights! Small ski lifts can be reached in just a few minutes by car, and the Feldberg is only 35 minutes away.

Great spot in the middle of nature. And Thomas always answers all questions very friendly.
A peaceful and beautiful place surrounded by breathtaking scenery. The whole experience was truly unique.
Great shelter, tucked away in a beautiful, shady spot. Fires weren't allowed due to the risk of wildfires. Unfortunately, there was another camping spot with other guests just 20-30 meters away, which personally felt a bit too close for me, given the remote setting.
A very beautiful place that we always love to come back to.

Wonderfully quiet location, great hosts – the description is only slightly misleading regarding the availability of electricity and drinking water. Neither is located directly at the shelter, but that doesn't detract from the spot at all. Many thanks and best regards from the road!
Everything was great. We had a wonderful overnight stay and a friendly welcome. You had to walk up a hill for about 10 minutes. Therefore, it's only partially recommended for wagons or similar. The spot was secluded and quiet. Gladly again!
