Our dairy farm is located in the Entlebuch Biosphere, at 1,000 meters above sea level. Your campsite is situated about 300m from the farm, on a meadow at the edge of the forest. From here, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the nearby Emmental and the 'Sichle-Vreneli' peaks. A BBQ area with a table and bench is located in the woods right next to the camp. Toilets and dishwashing facilities are available at the farm. Farm-fresh meat can be purchased upon pre-order. For electricity, please bring your own 50m cable reel. A power connection is only available for one camper. The site is rented to only one party at a time. Would friends like to join you who don't have camping gear or perhaps prefer a bit of 'glamping' luxury? We also rent out our on-site caravan. We are happy to provide more information. There is a TV antenna behind your camp. Don't worry: no radiation is measurable at the campsite. The area is popular for excursions to Marbachegg, Hohgant, Schrattenfluh, Emmental, or Sörenberg. Alternatively, you can simply enjoy the peace and quiet or watch the local wildlife. You can also treat yourself to our breakfast service. The access road is in good condition. If you have an older van with limited power, it might take a bit of nerve, but otherwise, we have powerful vehicles on hand to give you a tow if needed! ;)

Please remember to bring an extension cord for electricity. Wood and a grill grate are provided at the fire pit, though you may wish to bring your own lighter. A picnic table with a bench is also available in a shaded spot by the fire. Toilet facilities, washing-up areas, and fresh water are located in the main building.

The cutoff is the latest check-in time of this spot — not midnight. Cancellations apply to the entire booking including extra products. Partial cancellations are not possible. Rules

Guests are welcome to pet the farm animals under supervision

Please do not pick any fruits or vegetables yourself, unless previously arranged with Deborah or Thomas.

Please respect the local wildlife protection zone

The grass at the campsite has been freshly mown for you. We kindly ask that you do not walk through the tall grass. If the grass is flattened, we are unable to mow it, which leads to a loss of feed for our animals.

Notes

Radiation levels are regularly monitored by official authorities.

The barbecue area is nestled at the edge of the forest, offering a serene and picturesque setting for your outdoor meals.

Children should not be left unsupervised in the forest as it is a mountainous area with steep embankments.

You can do your dishes in the laundry room's utility sink.

Beautiful place with an amazing view. We spent a peaceful night here and had a lazy morning with a cup of coffee and a breathtaking view of the valley. Communication with Deborah was very good, and the owners provided everything needed for a great stay. We will definitely come back for a longer stay!

We received a very warm welcome at the Aebnit farm. From the very first moment, we felt at home and were able to immediately "switch off". The pitch is located on a meadow at the edge of the forest with a breathtaking view. The toilet and sink are in the farmhouse—a one-minute walk away. There is a separate entrance. For us, it was the perfect place for a short weekend getaway with our tent in nature. Thank you for the lovely stay!
