Steffi's Mühle nahe Biggesee, Platz mit Ausblick

Germany-57489 Drolshagen
A warm welcome to the Mühlenhof! My former mill, complete with a cozy cabin and a 'magic garden,' is set in an idyllic, secluded location in the certified resort town of Drolshagen. Suitable for campers up to 6.50 m in length. Pitch details: The pitch measures approximately 6.50 m x 3.50 m with eco-friendly paving stones and an adjacent living niche. It is located right by the house, offering views of the meadow and the beautiful Brachtpe Valley. You will have your own terrace and a mini-kitchen tucked away in a rustic farmhouse cupboard right at the pitch. Please note: Good maneuvering skills are required. Cabin: A cozy, shared cabin equipped with dishes, a kettle, a wood-burning stove, and a terrace. A small electric grill, a tabletop grill, and a fire pit are available. The fire pit can only be used at the cabin (except during dry spells). We also provide a small emergency supply kit, coffee, tea, snacks, chilled drinks, charcoal, and firewood. In our charming outdoor bathroom with a composting toilet, you can even enjoy a shower inside a red wine barrel! Other information: Animals live on-site. The meadow below the pitch is used for agriculture. The bakery van visits on Saturdays around 10:15 AM. Camping on our grounds is at your own risk.

Drolshagen and the surrounding area: The Drolshagen region is part of the Sauerland Rothaargebirge Nature Park, a peaceful and densely forested low mountain landscape. Numerous trails lead along babbling brooks and through charming meadows up to stunning heights, offering breathtaking views over vast valleys and mountains. The fresh air, the birdsong in summer, and the stillness of the winter landscape captivate the senses and make the Drolshagen region truly unforgettable. Drolshagen has plenty to offer hikers and cyclists alike. Approximately 140 km of well-signposted and marked hiking trails open up a diverse and scenic area. Lake Biggesee, with its wide range of activities, is located about 4.5 km away. A cycle path leads from our village directly there, partly following old railway tracks. To reach the hiking trails, you simply walk about 500 m back into the village via the country road. The 'Blockhaus' panorama hut is a wonderful excursion destination where you can stop for refreshments.
