Located just outside Vilters-Wangs, you'll find your 'Birkenhof' pitch—well-connected and easily accessible from all directions. You can choose your spot on either gravel or grass. Enjoy your stay in the heart of the valley, surrounded by the stunning peaks of Gonzen, Regizerspitz, Vilan, Falknis, and Pizol. Whether you prefer spending your time on a bike or inline skates—the cycle path passes right by the farm—or lacing up your hiking boots to explore the Pizol, including the Heidi Trail, the 5-Lakes Hike, or the Pizol summit itself. You can also explore the Bündner Herrschaft region and sample its famous wines. For relaxation after an eventful day, the Tamina Therme in Bad Ragaz or the nearby Lake Walen are perfect spots. There is certainly plenty to discover! There is always something happening on the farm, whether with the animals or out in the fields during harvest, so you should be comfortable with typical agricultural sounds. For little campers, we are happy to provide our sandbox, a small slide, and plenty of toy tractors. We also offer a covered terrace so you can enjoy your coffee in the fresh country air, even if it rains. Grilling options are available; you can choose between a wood or gas BBQ. Firewood can be purchased from us for CHF 5. You are also welcome to charge your camper for a fee of CHF 15. Fresh alpine cheese and homemade treats are available from our farm fridge. And don't forget to pre-order a fresh 'Zopf' (braided bread) for breakfast! :-)
