A typical Ticinese rustico perched at 1,000 metres above sea level with breathtaking views over the Centovalli mountains, just a stone's throw from the alpine village of Rasa. Enjoy pure nature, hiking, relaxation, wellness, and an authentic experience with limited electricity and hot water. You will find 2 rustic cabins sleeping up to 10 guests, a bathroom, sauna, a converted cheese cauldron (hot tub) for a warm outdoor bath, and a rustic kitchen with gas and wood stoves, a fridge, and a fireplace. Wonderful hiking trails start right from your doorstep, and Rasa is only 1 km away. ⚠️ Important Notice: Closure of the Rasa–Verdasio Cable Car Please note that the Rasa–Verdasio cable car will be closed from January until the end of summer 2026 due to complete renovation works. During this time, the public cable car cannot be used. However, we continue to guarantee luggage transport and can also organize rides for our guests via our private cable car, which leads directly to our farm. Arrival and departure transfers are free of charge. Any additional ride will be charged at 20 CHF. We are at your disposal for any further details or logistical questions. Arriving by Car If you arrive by car, you can load your luggage into our private cable car in Sassalto (between Corcapolo and Verdasio, on the left-hand side – a red cable car, about 1 km downhill from Verdasio train station). We will transport your luggage directly to your accommodation. Arriving by Train If you arrive by train, we can pick you up in Corcapolo or Verdasio and take you and your luggage to Corte using our private cable car. Your luggage will be delivered directly to your accommodation. Arriving on Foot from Bordei or Corcapolo For guests walking from Bordei, an approximate 3 km hiking trail leads to Monti (about a 1-hour walk). From Corcapolo, it is also possible to reach Corte di Sotto on foot (about 1.5 hours of walking). From Corte di Sotto, it takes about 45 minutes on foot to reach the holiday cabins in Monti.
