Our farmstead is beautifully situated just outside of Jakobsberg. Surrounded by forests, meadows, and many horses from the neighboring farm, pure nature awaits you! The unobstructed mountain views stretch across the Chiemgau Alps all the way to the Kaiser Mountains. Currently, our garden offers space for one motorhome or caravan on the meadow. Please note that the site may become inaccessible during heavy rain. Therefore, please always check the current ground conditions with us via chat or booking request beforehand. We ask for your understanding that we can currently only accommodate self-sufficient campers, as a toilet and shower are still in the planning stages. Leisure activities directly from the farm: - Cycling tours in all directions on well-developed paths - Wendelstein area approx. 20km away (a breeze by e-bike and easy for sporty types) - Maxlrain Castle with its brewery, tavern, and golf course just 2km away - Pilgrimage churches in Weihenlinden and Tuntenhausen, as well as the Basilica of St. James the Elder on-site - Small playground in the garden and other excursion destinations for children nearby - Fire pit and BBQ area (wood available on request). Shopping: - Grocery store with a café/bakery and hardware store in Tuntenhausen (3km) - Butcher in the neighboring village of Schmidhausen (1km) - Bakery in Beyharting near the monastery (2km) - All other shops can be found in the town of Bad Aibling (7km).
