Our house and tent pitches are located right at the end of the second stage of the Albsteig hiking trail. In a secluded setting right at the edge of the village of Wittenschwand (municipality of Dachsberg), surrounded by meadows with grazing cows. For Schluchtensteig hikers, it is only about 1 km from the trail. Space for up to 4 tents on a meadow with wonderful panoramic views of nature. Garden furniture with a table and a barbecue area are provided. A fully equipped garden shed is available for your use. Toilet and washing facilities are available (no shower). All extra costs are already included in the overnight rate. Dogs are also warmly welcomed. If I'm not home when you arrive, please feel free to go ahead and pitch your tent on the meadow below the garden shed. We would be delighted to welcome you as our guests!

Electric fences run directly alongside the camp. Dog waste bags and a water bowl are provided. Please note that letting your dogs off-leash is at your own risk.

Communication with Cornelia beforehand was flawless. We received a very warm welcome and had a lovely campsite with a great view, including access to a toilet and a cozy garden house. Would gladly come again!

Cornelia is a very lovely host who has set up her place with great care and keeps it well-maintained. Everything was in a very clean and tidy condition. We had a beautiful view of the mountains and a cow pasture. There is space for a few tents on the meadow. The road is right next to the house. In the evening, there was hardly any traffic. However, in the morning hours, there was a bit more traffic. Especially for hikers walking the Albsteig, the meadow at Cornelia's is highly recommended. Thank you for the hospitality!

I really enjoyed my stay at Cornelia's. The common room with cooking facilities is a real plus, especially in bad weather. Everything is very well-maintained and clean. Cornelia is very kind and helpful. And the view, especially at sunrise, is fantastic!
