Hello everyone! We are Lisete and Peter, and we extend a warm welcome to you. Our pitch offers beautiful views of the Kandertal valley, including Frutigen and Adelboden. The surrounding mountains provide unique hiking destinations and opportunities for relaxation, whether on foot or by mountain railway. Bike tours will challenge your fitness! For your convenience, an electric grill, kettle, electricity, Wi-Fi, and a composting toilet (Kompotoi) are available. You'll reach the Niesen by cable car in just 30 minutes, and Lake Thun in 20 minutes.

Winter access
Camp Niesenweg is nestled at an elevation of 850 meters above sea level. Snow is a common occurrence here, so please be prepared with snow chains or a 4x4 vehicle during snowy conditions. You're just a scenic 30-minute drive from Adelboden, 45 minutes from Grindelwald, and a delightful 60 minutes from Gstaad.

Great pitch, fantastic view.
We felt very comfortable staying with Peter. We were able to pitch our tent on a small meadow with a wonderful view of the valley, with the imposing Niesen right beside us. We watched small propeller planes, went for walks along the quiet roads in the evening, and enjoyed the starry sky at night. We liked it so much that we spontaneously booked a second night. Everything went very smoothly, quietly, was well-organized, and completely stress-free. Peter was a very pleasant, helpful, and warm host. We felt completely at ease and would come back anytime!
Very good place to sleep, everything was as listed. Peter is very cheerful.
Superb location, a magnificent view and right next to Niesen. The hosts are available, and the toilets are clean. I recommend it.
