On our property, which is part of the house, we offer 1-2 parking spaces.
The former farmhouse "Schartenhof," acquired in 2022 by the Interamenta housing cooperative, now operates as a holiday, guest, and group house.
In the converted outbuilding, you'll find a holiday apartment, a seminar room, and a dojo. Four cooperative members, three children, and a dog live in the adjacent residential house.
Our parking spaces are close to the house, and we look forward to connecting with you.
You are very welcome to share the large terrace, the small pool in summer, and the fire pit.
Upon request and for a small additional fee, a toilet, a bathroom, and cooking facilities are available to you.
The property is nestled in a small, secluded valley directly below the Gempenturm, offering magnificent views and unforgettable sunsets.

Very beautiful spot with a top-notch view. The access road was quite rustic, and at first, I wasn't sure if we were in the right place. The spot is used for various purposes, and if it were busy, I would feel a bit exposed.
A beautiful, well-maintained place surrounded by nature. The view lives up to its promise, the sunset is a real spectacle, and the relaxation value is high. Leonore is dedicated and friendly. The only thing was that the fee for using the toilet and shower did not match our idea of a 'small surcharge'. We enjoyed our stay. Beatrice and Peter
A place to feel at home!
From the very first moment, I was welcomed warmly and without any fuss. My van pitch was simply perfect, and the beautiful, quiet landscape provided exactly the break I needed on my journey. A huge thank you also for how lovingly Leonore treated my dog. Everything was so well-maintained and clean, especially the bathroom – I could really tell how much heart and soul you put into everything.
Our stay at the farm was very nice and quiet. Nicole welcomed us and showed us everything we needed to know. I can highly recommend this place. Thank you very much!
Very beautiful place. Opportunities for biking and climbing nearby. Bathroom and shower could be used in the house. The spot was a bit uneven, but could be leveled with wedges and wood.
The Schartenhof is a wonderful place that I can highly recommend. Booking and communication were straightforward and warm. I would gladly come back.
