Parking Space: A secluded, peaceful garden right in the heart of Konstanz-Wollmatingen, perfect for a tent or a campervan up to 6m in length and 2.5m in height. The spot is located directly in front of the trampoline. Driving on the rest of the lawn is not permitted. Water: Drinking water connection is available. Security: The property is fenced, and the gate is opened and locked with a key (currently personal key handover, later a combination lock safe). Please always lock up at night and when leaving the property. Amenities for Children: A trampoline and sandbox are available, and a fire pit is in the planning stages. Nature & Surroundings: The garden is surrounded by hedges and trees, featuring a large vegetable patch, a raised bed, and various fruit trees and bushes. These areas are off-limits to guests. Peace & Privacy: Very quiet location, ideal for relaxing and stargazing. After a city trip, you'll wake up to the sound of birdsong. Waste Disposal: Waste disposal is challenging, so please take your own rubbish with you. Organic waste (without meat scraps) can be put on the compost. Sanitary Facilities: Only campers with their own toilet are permitted, as no sanitary facilities are available. Special Features: A wildlife camera is active at night, which can be deactivated upon request. Note on Pitch Condition: The parking space is slightly sloped – levelling ramps are recommended but not essential.
