Hello dear campers, Awaiting you is a private, individual pitch all to yourself. You'll enjoy the morning sun, and the spot offers a mix of sunny and semi-shaded areas. It is a very quiet, beautiful location on the edge of the forest, adjacent to horse and cow pastures. The only sound you'll hear is the chirping of birds. Nearby, you'll find the striking Steckenbühlkreuz landmark. Enjoy a dreamlike, panoramic view of the unspoiled green landscape and the Schauinsland mountain. From the farm itself, there is a fantastic view over all of Freiburg and the surrounding area. Pure tranquility, yet so close to the city of Freiburg (15 minutes by car) – a rare and unique combination! :) For breakfast, we offer a variety of delicious breads and rolls, as well as our own sausages and meats for grilling. We also provide various Black Forest products, jams, eggs, juice, and more. We have a list we can send you via WhatsApp if you're interested. In House No. 1, in the stairwell, we have a display cabinet where you can help yourself to some items or order groceries directly from us. Overall, it's a wonderful spot for both sun and shade. E-BIKE RENTAL: We have 2 e-mountain bikes available, suitable for both roads and forest trails. BRAND NEW: We now have a BARREL SAUNA for rest and relaxation, located in a quiet spot on the farm grounds with a great view of Freiburg. It accommodates 2-8 people, costing approximately €17 to €28 per person. Cool off with our own spring water or in our private pond. At our little paradise, the morning sun helps dry your tent or camper before you head off. We hope you have a relaxing stay and take home wonderful memories, so that you'll visit us again soon. We offer plenty of space for your dog. Each camper pitch is private and secluded, located at the quiet edge of the forest with a fantastic view. We don't have any dogs on the farm ourselves. Our guests traveling with dogs absolutely love our pitches.

Children welcome

Children's camp

At our farm (approx. 3 min. walk from the site), you will find: 2 playgrounds with swings, a slide, and a sandbox; 1 large trampoline; and pony riding by arrangement with me. You are welcome to watch our cows and calves, 2 horses, cats, and rabbits. We love children and animals, so feel free to be loud and cheerful! :) Our nearest neighbors are about 500 meters away. Your children can run wild—we have plenty of space and there is no through traffic.

We offer fresh homemade bread, rolls, and Black Forest specialties for your breakfast, including Landjäger, Lyoner, our own beef salami, and home-reared meats and sausages for the grill, as well as fresh eggs and homemade jams. A trip to Freiburg is just a stone's throw away; don't miss its charming historic center and the famous 'Bächle' canals. The spot was exactly as described, wonderfully secluded and quiet, right in the middle of nature. We had more than enough space with our very long estate car and caravan setup. No wasps, no flies, and no mosquitoes—eating outside was a real pleasure. The food you can order from Elli was delicious and highly recommended. Communication was always quick and straightforward. You really get complete peace and quiet and can truly enjoy nature. Everything was as described, and we 100% recommend it.

Absolutely peaceful. At dusk, the tawny owl and the bats appeared. Really beautiful. Maybe just dispose of the old scrap metal, then the picture would be perfect.
