Camper or tent pitch within my private, fenced courtyard. Very peaceful and quiet location on mixed grass and gravel ground. You have access to a SMALL bathroom with a toilet and hot shower inside a garage. Outside, there is water and a cold shower. Electricity, a table with chairs, and a clothes drying rack are available. Washing machine available for an extra fee. FROM OCTOBER 15 TO MARCH 15: ONLY ELECTRICITY AND WATER, other amenities are suspended. There are FREE-ROAMING dogs and cats in the courtyard. Pets are welcome. 600 meters from the bus stop to Bologna and Ferrara, a restaurant/pizzeria, bar, and pharmacy. 1.5 km from a bakery and grocery store. The pitch is very spacious for a single camper, but it may occasionally be shared with another guest, especially during high season.
