Your camp is nestled directly on the gurgling Jaunbach river, between Jaun and Bernese Abländschen, perfectly situated between the stream and idyllic mountain pastures. The camp is located right on the quiet Abländschen road. Climbers will find exhilarating opportunities to challenge themselves at dizzying heights. Jaun and Abländschen offer fantastic biking and hiking routes. In summer, the stream invites you to splash around and fish. In the surrounding area, you'll discover many cozy alpine huts (Alp-Buvetten) serving typical Gruyère specialties. New for this season, we also have a ping-pong table available for your enjoyment. Please bring your own rackets and balls.

Fresh water is available 150m to the left, just across the wooden bridge by our alpine hut.

We are nestled here in untouched nature.

Simple pitch between the road and a stream. Very quiet at night – just the sound of the rushing water 🏕️ Barbecue area, picnic table, and toilet available. Doable with a tent, but rather recommended for vehicles.

Beautifully quiet campsite. We had the whole place to ourselves. With the sound of the stream, you could really switch off. The signal wasn't always good, but you didn't need it in this beautiful nature. Highly recommended. Thank you for the stay.

This is by far our favourite spot on Nomady, we camp here a few times every year and it never gets boring. Every time we also discover new hikes around the area. This time unfortunately there was a fire ban we were unable to light a fire but we discovered even without a fire it was still very enjoyable. Marcel was very kind and had the table covered from the rain so that we go to enjoy a dry table when we got there after a few days of rain. Of course, looking forward to going back again! Thank you Marcel, Madeleine and Remo!
