Our small campsite in Mamishaus is idyllically nestled in the rolling hills of the Gantrisch region. Surrounded by lush greenery, expansive views, and soothing tranquility, this is a place to breathe deeply and truly arrive. In winter and spring, the spot belongs to the cattle; in summer, while they are away on the alpine pastures, you can enjoy this special little corner all to yourself. Whether you're arriving by camper, van, or tent: everyone who loves simplicity and being close to nature is welcome. Tent guests can set up on the meadow near the pitch and experience the surroundings to the fullest. For cozy hours, a barbecue area is at your disposal, with wood already provided. It's perfect for relaxed evenings by the fire, delicious food, and good conversation under the open sky. Running water and electricity are available to ensure the necessary comfort. Should the weather take a turn, you'll find a practical retreat in the simple shelter located within the empty stable. The toilet is simple and functional. The path there leads through the stable, offering a little slice of authentic farm life. You might even encounter a harmless 'remnant' from the cattle along the way—it’s all part of the experience and adds to the charm of the place. Next to the building, right by the quiet little road, stands a large walnut tree that provides pleasant shade on warm days and invites you to linger. For a refreshing cool-down on hot days, there is a bathtub available that you can easily fill yourself with fresh water. The bus stop is just a few steps away, taking you conveniently toward Guggisberg or Schwarzenburg. Nearby, you'll also find a small self-service cheese shop, perfect for picking up delicious regional specialties. A quiet, simple place to switch off, enjoy, and be outdoors. Just right for anyone who loves nature and an uncomplicated lifestyle.
