Lakes Zug and Lauerz, the Rigi and Rossberg mountains, a scenic avenue with 150 fruit trees, and the Goldau Nature Park and Zoo all await your visit. The campsite is nestled right by the vegetable fields and orchards, with the circular path around the tree-lined avenue starting right at your doorstep. A modern toilet is available for your use. A charming organic farm shop, stocked with everything your heart desires, is just a 5-minute walk away. You can reach the public lakeside beach in 10 minutes on foot, while the Goldau Nature Park is a 25-minute walk or a short ride on the local bus. The trailhead for the hike up Mount Rigi is just around the corner. In spring, the Rossberg landslide area transforms into a true orchid paradise, and you can even enjoy views of the Great Mythen from here. The Arth-Rigi Railway takes you from Goldau up the Rigi, and the cable car reaches Rigi Scheidegg in just a few minutes. Excellent rail and bus connections (local and long-distance) are available from Arth-Goldau station. By prior arrangement, you are also welcome to spend time in our 'Alte Mosterei' (Old Cider Mill) venue (www.alte-mosterei.ch), where you can purchase drinks or meat from our own Galloway herd.
