Nature Retreat near Groß-Gerau – Ideal for an off-grid getaway to unwind and breathe in the great outdoors The Off-Grid Setup: * Spacious tent for up to 4 people, shaded by an old linden tree * 2 large sleeping compartments, standing-height living area * Camping stove in a covered outdoor cooking area * Pot, pan, plates, cups, and cutlery for 4 people * Passive cooler box for your food (WITHOUT ice packs) * Outdoor shower with sun-warmed well water * Composting dry toilet * Fully fenced property * Up close and personal with nature What to Bring: * Sleeping bag and sleeping mat * Your own drinking water * Mosquito and tick protection, if needed * Non-perishable groceries (that don't require refrigeration), and your own ice packs if desired * An appetite for living a little differently What is NOT Provided: * Tap/running water * Mains electricity * Delivery services (no postal address) * Trash collection (please take all your rubbish with you when leaving) * No luxury, no full service (this includes managing the dry toilet) Conditions & Capacity: * Maximum 4 guests * Maximum 3 consecutive nights (longer stays for fewer guests may be possible upon request – just ask!) * Dogs are welcome provided they don't chase birds or local wildlife; please check with me first * I live on the property in my camper van, but I respect your privacy. I’m happy to chat or answer any questions, but otherwise, you'll have complete peace and quiet Disclaimer: * We share this space with the garden's rightful inhabitants, including spiders, snails, mice, ants, etc. * An open pond and naturally occurring poisonous plants make the property only conditionally suitable for children * Open fires (including BBQs) are strictly prohibited due to mature trees and proximity to the forest * Dogs must be kept on a leash in the surrounding fields and woods
