Welcome to our small, idyllic farm – a true hidden gem for nature lovers seeking peace and quiet! Your pitch is located on a meadow right by the water, nestled in a wildly romantic riverside forest surrounded by fragrant herbs and a variety of bird and tree species.
Here, you are right in the heart of nature – perfect for up to 2 people looking for a relaxing getaway.
The Berkel cycling and hiking trail runs right past your doorstep, ideal for spontaneous excursions into the countryside or a quick trip to the charming town of Gescher (approx. 1.8 km away).
Nearby, you'll find an outdoor pool to cool off on warm days and various restaurants for a taste of the local cuisine. A trip to Winterswijk in the Netherlands (approx. 28 km) is also well worth it!
Upon request, you can book a cozy campfire for the evening – the perfect way to end an eventful day. Access to our biodiversity-rich water garden is included. Our farm shop, stocked with special treats, will also be open upon your arrival.

Look forward to a refreshing outdoor shower, cozy campfire evenings, and delicious BBQ fun – weather permitting (not too windy or dry). Comfortable seating invites you to linger and relax.
For a completely relaxed picnic, you can gladly book a picnic basket on-site. Our small farm shop is happy to open its doors for you upon request.

You can cancel up to 3 days before the latest check-in time on the arrival day. The refund includes the booking amount minus 1.5x the displayed Nomady fee. The cutoff is the latest check-in time of this spot — not midnight. Cancellations apply to the entire booking including extra products. Partial cancellations are not possible. We had a really great weekend stay in Birgit's beautiful natural garden. The host was super nice and accommodating, and there was always the opportunity to try the homemade products in the little shop. Despite the warm and sunny weather, we were able to enjoy the temperatures at our shaded pitch, and there were surprisingly few mosquitoes. This peaceful spot is definitely worth a visit. Thank you very much :)✨
A truly great short break! We arrived by bike with a tent and had a lovely shady spot by the water. Everything was straightforward and the host was super sweet! 🙂

Just as described. Spacious, quiet pitch on grass by a small pond. Nice host. Toilet is a bit far away, but easy to reach.
Birgit gave us a very warm welcome and took the time to show us around. The pitch is very idyllic and quiet, we were allowed to light a Swedish fire, and the sanitary facilities are very clean – an all-round great stay! 🙂

Wonderful and warm host, the pitches and the whole setting were fantastic. The entire property is close to nature, with little things to discover around every corner, and the ponds with their herons and fish invite you to sit and watch. We would love to come back, we felt very much at home. Thank you
