Öpfels pitch at the Wieshof farm is a wonderful spot where we would love to warmly welcome you. Our 300-year-old farm is situated in a secluded, idyllic location outside of Schienen on the Höri peninsula. Our deep love for nature and animals inspired us to run this farm as a third-generation family venture with our children, alongside our main jobs. The farm is the perfect place to unwind, and from your pitch, you can even watch deer in the evenings. The rustic pitch is located right next to our silos, where cow feed used to be stored. Today, we keep firewood and agricultural machinery there. Feel free to use the silos as shelter for your bicycles or to protect yourselves from the sun and rain. Our small tent area is just a few meters away; nevertheless, your pitch offers plenty of privacy to immerse yourself in nature. Surrounding the farm, you will find gardens, pastures, a quiet country road, fields, traditional meadow orchards, and lush forests. We are home to two donkeys, two goats, a small flock of sheep, and chickens. Children are welcome to use the table tennis table and pedal go-karts at their own risk. A guest toilet is available 24/7. Since 2025, we have been running "Öpfels", a charming little kiosk located in our distillery. From March to early November, you'll find delicious organic treats such as cookies, snacks, and cold beverages. We also offer regional organic ice cream, cheese and sausages from the Höri region, Höri egg noodles, sheepskins from the Salenhof, Allgäu ceramics, local sauces and pesto, firewood, postcards, and lovely souvenirs crafted by Seesucht-Manufaktur Radolfzell. A self-service station is available for making fresh coffee or tea. On weekends, we offer a fresh bread roll delivery service. For your adventures, we provide flyers highlighting local attractions and free brochures featuring hiking and cycling trails across the Höri peninsula. In front of the kiosk, wonderful outdoor seating in a rural idyllic setting invites you to sit back, relax, and savor the moment.

Grandpa's old bench and a sturdy table are at your disposal. Besides the fire pit, you're welcome to use the tripod grill with its grate. With the outdoor shower, you can take a refreshing cold shower right at your pitch or fill up water. In the kiosk's fridge, the bottom compartment offers an 11-liter box for your use. This is perfect for storing your groceries if you don't have your own fridge. Just let us know if you need anything – we're always happy to help!

You can cancel up to 3 days before the latest check-in time on the arrival day. The refund includes the booking amount minus 1.5x the displayed Nomady fee. The cutoff is the latest check-in time of this spot — not midnight. Cancellations apply to the entire booking including extra products. Partial cancellations are not possible. Just one kilometer away, the village of Schienen boasts a charming village shop offering a delightful array of local produce from regional farmers, alongside all the essentials for your basic needs. Since early April, we've also opened a small self-service kiosk right here! You'll find coffee, organic cookies, organic soft drinks, organic ice cream, pasta, regional sausages and cheese from the Höri peninsula, sheepskins from our neighboring farm, firewood, local information, and much more.

We spent a wonderful long weekend at Nikola and Stefan's farm. The pitch is designed with great attention to detail and offers everything you need: electricity, toilet, outdoor shower, fire pit, and an idyllic location surrounded by nature. We would love to come back!
Super nice, quiet, rustic pitch. You have complete privacy and can watch the deer grazing in the evening. 24/7 accessible toilet and a shared fridge are also great. And of course, two super friendly hosts, Nikola and Stefan. We really enjoyed our time with you and are currently back home looking for places where you can stargaze as intensely as at your place. :-)
Nikola gave us a warm welcome and immediately gave us a tour of the beautifully situated Öpfelshof. We particularly loved the lovingly decorated farm shop with lots of delicious regional products, as well as the great outdoor seating along with a super romantic porch swing. The camper pitch is wonderfully secluded and equipped with an outdoor shower, fire pit with a grill grate, table, and lounge chairs. Falling asleep at night, you can hear the animals calling from the forest. It is just a short walk to the main house to reach the very clean and truly uniquely decorated toilet. The animals on the farm are of course a special highlight as well. You can feed the friendly donkeys with the hay provided and admire the beautiful Coburg Fox Sheep, as well as the colorful chickens and goats. We had two relaxing nights with our very lovely hosts and will definitely be back if we are in the area.

The campsite is simply wonderful! The host gave us a super friendly welcome and patiently showed us every single detail. The pitch itself is beautifully situated right next to the forest, offers a fantastic view, and is completely private and quiet. Everything was very clean and tidy. The owner is extremely nice and even brought his dog along, who played great with our dog. A cute little farm shop rounds off the whole experience perfectly. We would love to come back!
We spent 3 wonderful days at the pitch at Öpfels, away from the hustle and bustle of Lake Constance in the most beautiful nature. The silos behind the pitch take a moment to get used to, but they allowed us to sit there sheltered from the rain on the first evening. Everything is prepared with so much love: a table with a fresh tablecloth, a bench, deck chairs, and of course the outdoor shower – a real highlight that we thoroughly enjoyed after cycling. Super friendly with both people and animals here on the farm, and Nicola does everything possible to help. Thank you so much for the wonderful days!
