Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and guided. The site is beautiful and very quiet. Sanitary facilities very clean and nice.

Cool location with mountain views straight from the tent, which can be pitched under lovely cherry trees. This provides ideal shade even on warm days. The rest of the facilities are clean, well-maintained, and practical. If we had any questions or minor issues, we could always reach someone, and to wrap it all up, we were able to watch the honey harvest and extraction, which the kids will remember fondly :-)

We stayed with Andreas this rainy Whitsun weekend and, despite a somewhat chilly start, thoroughly enjoyed the adventure. The location is beautiful, with a great view of the Thurgau hills and in close proximity to the lovely Nollen. Everything is excellently arranged, and Andreas is a very friendly and warm host. We would come back anytime.

Solid grassy area under small trees with a beautiful view, right next to the old farmhouse.

Lovely spot under the trees; with a small tent, it's easy to find a flat area. It smelled of fresh hay. At night, we were visited by a fox and a hedgehog. Once a few organizational details are fine-tuned—which should be easy to implement—I can definitely recommend this place. Maybe you could provide the necessary details in the info field after booking (where to find the bathroom key, what to do if there is hay on the meadow, or a mobile number...), then it wouldn't matter if you're not at home. Perhaps also a note to ring the bell at house number 4? The address states number 2. The evening atmosphere on the Nollen (10 min walk) and the barefoot path in the nearby forest are highly recommended.
