Our converted farmhouse, which also serves as an artist's studio, is nestled at the end of a small hamlet, surrounded by enchanting forests and meadows. Here, you'll find peace and tranquility, far removed from bothersome road noise. It's a truly idyllic and quiet spot, perfect for those who appreciate self-sufficiency. From this serene location, it's just 7 km to Wasserburg am Inn with its historic old town, approximately 17 km to Rosenheim, and 20 km to the beautiful Lake Chiemsee. Several smaller lakes are also conveniently located nearby. On clear nights, prepare to be amazed by a breathtaking view of the stars, as we are blessed with very little light pollution here.

I had a great and quiet pitch. The host was very friendly and gave me great tips for day trips.
This place is beautiful, quiet, right in the heart of nature, and at night you can see an incredibly stunning starry sky. The area is great to explore by bike, there are wonderful cycle paths along the Inn river, and the old town of Wasserburg is definitely worth a detour. Sabine is an incredibly nice and helpful host who also takes the time for pleasant conversations—thanks again for the lovely evening by the campfire! We will definitely be back.
