Our campsite features two pitches at 1,000m above sea level, offering breathtaking views of the Rhine Valley, the Pfänder massif, and the Swiss mountains. Located at the edge of the forest on a reinforced gravel meadow, the site is near our hay-milk farm and right next to a refreshing moor pool. The pool is perfect for swimming in summer and offers a peaceful sanctuary to unwind and 'let your soul soar' all year round. There is also a BBQ area available. If you're in the mood for some pampering, a fantastic wellness hotel is located nearby (approx. 30 min walk / 10 min drive), where you can enjoy the sauna and pool facilities—a great alternative for rainy days! :) Upon request, the toilet in the stable can be used (approx. 200m from the camp). Our farm is home to around 70 dairy cows with their calves and two cats. You are more than welcome to visit and get to know our animals; we simply ask for a respectful and appreciative approach. Since Easter 2023, our 'Genusshüsle' farm shop has been offering delicious ice cream made from our own hay-milk, various sausages (bratwurst, grill sausages, St. Gallen, Viennas), veal products, and other local delicacies (subject to availability—feel free to ask). Come and enjoy! You can also spontaneously order a breakfast box filled with fresh rolls (with homemade braided bread on Sundays), butter, jam, cheese, muesli, coffee, and milk. I’ll be happy to deliver the box directly to your pitch. ;) Access is via a somewhat steep asphalt road that turns into a gravel path. In winter, depending on snow conditions, 4WD or snow chains are required. We look forward to sharing this wonderful piece of earth with you.
