Aux Martis - Gite Le Hibou

This holiday home was renovated and completely refurnished in 2022. In total, "Hibou" can accommodate up to 5 guests. The kitchen, living room, bathroom, and two bedrooms are located on the ground floor. From the living room, a staircase leads up to the mezzanine, where you'll find a third bedroom. These rooms are equipped with: * Kitchen with dining table, modernly equipped with an induction hob, convection oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, toaster, and blender * Living room with sofa and armchairs. During the chilly winter months, you can enjoy the cozy wood-burning stove. * Bathroom with shower, toilet, and washbasin * Bedroom 1 with a double bed (160x200) * Bedroom 2 with two single beds (90x200) * Bedroom 3 (mezzanine) with a single bed (90x200) A good night's sleep is essential. That is why our mattresses and bed linens are of high quality. All our sheets and duvet covers are 100% cotton, and the pillows and duvets are synthetic, making them hypoallergenic. Hibou is the third and last house you reach when following the country lane across the property. Tucked away among the trees, it features a panoramic terrace overlooking our own little valley and the swimming pool. Behind Hibou, there is also a small garden where you can enjoy views over the fields and grazing cows, which occasionally look on with curiosity. The many trees surrounding Hibou provide pleasant shade, coolness, and privacy. A small path through the trees leads down to the swimming pool. The pool area is equipped with sun loungers, shaded spots, and parasols. The pool is shared: guests from the other gîtes and any campers from our mini-campsite use it as well. The pool is open daily from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM from mid-May through September. * A baby cot and/or high chair can be provided free of charge upon request. * The washing machine is shared and located in a communal room next to the campers' sanitary facilities. * Bed linen is always provided, adapted to the season. Bath towels are optional (€8/person). * Wi-Fi reaches the gîte, but is not suitable for streaming. The reception area offers the best Wi-Fi coverage, where you are welcome at any time of day. * Pets are allowed. * The gîte is heated (only) with a wood-burning stove.
