This simply yet lovingly furnished mountain cabin will take your breath away with its stunning, sweeping views of the lake. Here, you can truly unwind and take a deep breath! Villa Lupinia is wonderfully secluded, far from the crowds and bustle, yet still easily accessible—about a 45-minute walk (2 km) from the village along a quiet gravel road and a footpath. It's a place where you can feel in paradise at any time of year. Villa Lupinia stands alone; other cabins are scattered throughout the area and are mostly used occasionally by their owners during the summer. In the village, you'll find a pizzeria/restaurant/bar and a small weekly market. A wood stove is available to keep you warm in the winter, and the fireplace is ideal for the transitional seasons. Villa Lupinia is accessible on foot via a quiet road, followed by a gravel track, and the final stretch along an unmarked footpath. It involves an elevation gain of around 300 meters, taking about 45 to 60 minutes depending on your fitness level and luggage. Guests booking the mountain cabin "Villa Lupinia" must be able to navigate using a hiking map and/or apps like Komoot. The directions and photos provided are only meant as an aid. Good footing is required, and in our experience, sturdy hiking boots are essential. Upon booking confirmation, you will receive detailed directions to the cabin, and upon request, a hiking map (1:25,000 Ingenia Verlag, €7) as well as the Komoot route.
