If you are looking for rural idyll, you have come to the right place. Our level asphalt pitch is located directly behind our 100-year-old farmhouse – offering magnificent views of the countryside and plenty of nature right outside your camper door. The Alpstein massif is very close by – perfect for outdoor enthusiasts. Numerous hiking trails lead through beautiful landscapes to cozy alpine huts and mountain restaurants, accompanied by stunning vistas and fresh mountain air. Just 300 meters from the pitch, you will reach the Sitter River with a lovely little swimming spot. Appenzell is only a 10-minute drive away – perfect for a short excursion! You can expect charming shops, fine restaurants, and a beautiful old town rich in history and tradition. Important for all freedom seekers: we offer a true self-sufficient camping experience! The pitch has no shower, no toilet, and no electricity. Please bring your own sanitary facilities. We look forward to welcoming you, your camper, and of course, to many relaxing vacation days in the beautiful Appenzellerland!

Ich liebe es unterwegs zu sein – ganz egal, ob zu Fuss, mit dem Velo oder im Camper. Mich fasziniert die Vielfalt anderer Kulturen und besonders die Einfachheit des Reisens: wenig Gepäck, viel erleben und offen sein für das, was unterwegs kommt. Ich liebe Begegnungen mit Menschen, spontane Gespräche und die kleinen Momente, die eine Reise besonders machen.

You can cancel up to 24 hours before the latest check-in time on the arrival day. The refund includes the booking amount minus 1.5x the displayed Nomady fee. The cutoff is the latest check-in time of this spot — not midnight. Cancellations apply to the entire booking including extra products. Partial cancellations are not possible.
