What is that?
Park Overnight (PON) offers simple, legal overnight spots in parking areas—ideal for spontaneous and safe travel. The spots are meant for one or more nights and are perfect when you need a quiet, official place to park, sleep and continue your journey.
Our motorhome site is located in Zell am See-Schüttdorf, right at the valley station of the areitXpress cable car, which takes you directly up the Schmittenhöhe. The 8 pitches are located at Parking Lot 1 and are clearly signposted. Bus stops and the Pinzgau local railway station are in the immediate vicinity. With the Guest Mobility Ticket, you can leave your motorhome behind and explore the Zell am See region and the entire Pinzgau by bus or train. How does it work? Die Ausstattung und Lage des Stellplatzes sind vor der Buchung transparent in der Beschreibung einsehbar.
It's just a parking lot. There is electricity, and during the day you can use the toilets at the valley station. No supply or waste disposal facilities.
Great starting point for bike tours.
I have never slept in such a noisy place, get out of here!!! €30 a night to sleep in a pathetic parking lot, with a traffic lane right behind, one in front, and the railway line – this is an absolute disgrace!

Park Overnight gibt höher frequentierten Plätzen in naturnaher Lage einen zweiten Nutzen. So werden bestehende Infrastrukturen effizient genutzt und legale Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten geschaffen. Der genaue Standort des Stellplatz ist vor der Buchung transparent einzusehen.
Der Preis beinhaltet die Kurtaxe, welche unter anderem das Mobility Ticket beinhaltet.
Lots of traffic noise. There are 5 spots available, but only enough room for 3 vehicles to connect to electricity. The registration process for the pitch was incredibly complicated; they asked for so much information it was almost cheeky. For this location, the price for one night was completely disproportionate.

Die Datenabfrage dient der gesetzlich vorgeschriebenen Gästemeldung, die von der jeweiligen Gemeinde festgelegt wird. Nomady Gastgebende sind, genauso wie Campingplätze oder Hotels, verpflichtet, diese Meldung vorzunehmen.
The accommodation is located right at the AreitXpress valley station and was a perfect fit for our plans – the children's hiking trail with Schmidolin the dragon. We really enjoyed it!
Electricity is available. It's a huge parking lot.
