Welcome to Ottenleuen Our farm is located in the heart of the Gantrisch region, slightly off the beaten path from Gurnigel at 1,390 meters above sea level. We offer a pitch (not perfectly flat! 😉) for campers, surrounded by cows, pastures, nature, and a stunning view of the Gantrisch mountain range. From our camp, you are just minutes away from a wonderful hiking and biking area. You can also enjoy great excursions, such as to the Gäggersteg, or reach Lake Schwarzsee in just a few minutes by car. The campsite features a picnic table where you can enjoy dinner under the stars. Toilet facilities and drinking water are available just a few meters away in our "stable wet room." We look forward to your visit! 😀

Wir, Michael und Janinne mit unseren 2 Kindern leben auf unserem Bauernhof, in Sangernboden im wunderschönem Gantrischgebiet. Auf unserem Hof leben Milchkühe, Rinder, Kälber, Hühner, Katzen und einen Hund. Das leben hier ist vielfältig und nahe an der Natur mit wunderschöner Aussicht auf die Bergen. Wir sind gerne Gastgeber und Freuen uns auf deinen Besuch.

Our camp offers endless possibilities! In just 15 minutes, you'll reach a hiking and biking paradise. 🚵‍♂️ The Gäggersteg is nearby, offering breathtaking mountain views ⛰️. Alternatively, a 35-minute bike ride takes you to Gurnigel, where you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the Gantrischseeli 🏞. Within a 20-minute drive, you'll arrive at Schwarzsee, where you can enjoy a coffee on the wonderful lakeside terraces, go pedalo boating, try stand-up paddling 🛶, hike, go sledding, ride scooters 🛴, or simply unwind and let your soul dangle.

Everything as described. Very quiet and relaxing. Beautiful view and did a great hike right from the camp. The pitch is, as stated, quite sloped, so definitely bring two leveling ramps.

Overall, we had a really lovely stay with Janinne and Michael :) We particularly loved the breathtaking mountain views, the sunsets, and the peace and quiet. At night, you can marvel at the starry sky with cowbells ringing in the distance. The toilet/wet room right next to the cowshed isn't particularly comfortable and a bit more cleanliness would make it more pleasant, but it is sufficient for its purpose. Thank you for the opportunity to camp in such a unique place :)

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a stunning panorama and a very friendly family. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt right at home from the very beginning. The location, surrounded by mountains, is simply dreamy, and at night we could even marvel at the beautiful starry sky. Everything worked smoothly and was uncomplicated. Toilet and water are available. A truly beautiful place that we are very happy to recommend! 😊
