Dog camp

The camp is secluded and mostly fenced in. There is a fountain where dogs are welcome to take a refreshing dip.
Children welcome
Children's camp
With very little traffic and a mostly fenced-in area, the camp features a sand and gravel surface—essentially a giant sandbox for children to enjoy.
Wi-Fi
Mobile reception
The site features a composting toilet, as well as a sun sail, a shaded pergola, a hammock, a fire pit, and a fountain (the water is not potable, but can be drunk if boiled). Children and dogs are welcome to splash around in it. Badminton and Kubb sets are available in the yellow wagon. You are welcome to use the fire pit as long as there is no fire ban in place. Please always extinguish the embers thoroughly! Valais is a very dry region increasingly prone to wildfires—I kindly ask you to handle this responsibly. You can bring your own firewood or gather some on-site. When the stable is empty, it can be used as a shelter. All amenities are located very close to one another.

Road
shady
A very quiet road with minimal traffic passes by the site. Otherwise, it’s a place where you can truly get away from it all and live among the wildlife—foxes, hares, and deer are your only neighbors (honestly!). While there is limited natural shade, I have set up a sun sail and there is a shaded pergola available for your use.

Animal watching
Several hiking trails for easy to moderate treks start directly from the property. A short 10-minute walk takes you to the cable car heading towards Riederalp. Once there, you'll find countless hiking and biking trails, as well as a wide range of activities (wildlife watching, botanical discovery, Lake Bettmersee for swimming with SUPs and pedalos, restaurants, and shops). What makes our offer truly unique is the possibility of bringing your own horse. We have space for up to 4 horses in the stable or on-site (CHF 15 per horse/night). The area offers diverse and challenging riding trails with varying levels of difficulty. Upon request, I am happy to accompany you as a guide on your rides.

A cozy spot, great view, and perfect with a dog 🤘
Super beautiful place with everything you need! Simone is a great host with her heart in the right place. I wish I had planned more time to learn even more about her projects and the farm. Until next time!
This was a wonderful and pleaceul place! Waking up to this view was magical. Nice hikes and close to the gondolas.
Lovely views, amazing stars at night. Simone was a helpful and communicative host. Thank you!
Wonderful spot, completely flat and great for tent camping.
Watch out! The ground is very hard, and tent pegs barely go in. We guyed out our freestanding tent with a few wooden blocks. For more than two tents, however, you have to get very creative, and if rain or strong wind is forecast, it's probably better to sleep in the horse shelter. The very clean composting toilet is located in the yellow construction trailer. The well water is officially not drinking water!
Driving in with a standard VW T5 was no problem. Driving out was challenging—not because of the speed bump, but because the exit is very steep and, due to the tight space, you don't want to accelerate too fast. It's helpful to be two people so one can guide you out. We would gladly come back, but then probably just with tent and bikes, or entirely by public transport ☺️
