The property is nestled in the countryside, surrounded by nature, forests, and peaceful little villages in the heart of Normandy. On the grounds, you will find an old oak barn and the ruins of a farmhouse dating back to 1698—a time when Louis XIV was King of France. Both the ruins and the barn are set to be restored and converted into luxurious guest rooms. For now, however, the site is awaiting planning permission. Normandy has a rich history, numerous sights, historical monuments, unspoiled nature, and exceptional cuisine to offer. The property is ideally located halfway between the historic medieval town of Domfront (8 km) and the famous spa town of Bagnoles-de-l'Orne (8 km). Just 2 km away, the village of Juvigny offers two lovely restaurants, a small supermarket, an award-winning butcher, and a bakery.
