Set on a 2,000 m² plot, this site is ideally located just 3 minutes from the Rennes-Brest highway and 5 minutes from the route to Vannes and Lorient. You are only 20 minutes from the beaches and 10 minutes from a shopping area, with two towns offering all essential amenities nearby. Despite its accessibility, the site is tucked away from the road in a peaceful setting, bordered by a river with a soothing sound. You can enjoy lovely walks in the nearby woods or along the shore. On-site, you'll find a 3x10m pétanque court, a picnic table, two cable-reel tables, and chairs for your meals, as well as two hammocks nestled in the trees. Please note there is no running water or sanitary facilities on-site, so you must be self-sufficient. Pitches are open and limited in number to ensure everyone's tranquility. Access is via a path suitable for vehicles up to the size of a Sprinter or Ducato; larger vehicles may find the width too narrow. The ground is relatively flat and regularly maintained. I must emphasize again: there are no toilets or water hookups, so campers must come prepared.
