Find more information at www.EinfachPferdezeit.de Our paved parking space, approximately 12 m long and 2.9 m wide, is located on the outskirts of the village next to our house and invites you to stargaze in the evenings. Outside, you can unwind and relax, or enjoy pure nature on a walk through the immediately adjacent meadows, fields, and mixed forests. Cycling and hiking, swimming in the nearby volcanic lakes (Maare) or a thermal bath, as well as day trips to attractions, will make your Eifel vacation varied and exciting. We have included many different impressions and information for you and look forward to your booking inquiry! Oberöfflingen is situated between the district towns of Wittlich and Daun, between the Eifelsteig and Lieserpfad hiking trails, directly next to the Mosel-Maar Cycle Path, and close to the Eifel Maare, the town of Manderscheid with its castles and the new castle via ferrata, as well as the Salm Cycle Path. Recommended day trips include the cities of Trier, Koblenz, and Luxembourg, the Moselle river with its charming towns of Bernkastel-Kues, Cochem, or Traben-Trarbach, and the Nürburgring. The Wildlife and Adventure Park in Daun and Klotten, or the Eifelpark in Gondorf, offer plenty of fun for the whole family. There are many activities for children (see the Vulkaneifel Children's Map for more). The Eifel Maare, the thermal bath in Bad Bertrich, or the swimming pools (adventure pools, indoor pools, or outdoor pools) in Manderscheid, Daun, Cochem, and Bitburg invite you to swim and bathe. Additionally, there are opportunities for boating and stand-up paddling. Fishing in the Maare, the Lieser river, and Sterenbachsee lake is also possible.

We had a very nice stay at Sabine's, very friendly and pleasant contact. The pitch has a very beautiful view of the greenery. We would have liked a bit more space for an awning, but overall we still really enjoyed it.

We had a wonderful stay at Sabine's! The pitch behind her house offers a magnificent view, and being so close to the sheep in the neighboring pasture was a real highlight for the children. Sabine was very welcoming, and communication with her was straightforward and pleasant. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway in the Eifel!

Nice, quiet (absolutely quiet) pitch at the edge of a field. In the evening, you can watch a wonderful sunset and gaze into the distance. We were there with our rooftop tent and needed a pitch for one night. We carry everything we need with us. The pitch definitely delivers what it promises. The field is naturally perfect for walking your dog. Accordingly, there were many dogs out and about in the morning, all of whom we were able to cuddle briefly. 🫶 The host's dog also peeked over the fence every now and then. Such a lovely little fellow. If we ever travel through the Eifel region again, we will gladly visit this pitch again.
