We offer a level, gravelled pitch right next to our farm – quietly located on the edge of the village and particularly convenient for those traveling from south to north due to the proximity to the A61 motorway. Situated right by the local playground, it is ideal for families with children! The site offers space for several campers at once – so you will share the area with other guests, but there is plenty of room for everyone. You can use the fire pit for grilling and relaxing in the evening. During the summer months, a garden hose is available for your use. Please note: we currently do not provide electricity, toilets, or showers. The A61 motorway is accessible via the Pfalzfeld junction in about 10 minutes, making it practical for travelers while remaining quiet enough for a relaxing stay. In the village, you'll find a pizzeria and a small vending machine stocked with snacks, chips, and milk if you run out of essentials. Supermarkets (Edeka, Lidl, Aldi, Rewe, etc.) are about a 10-minute drive away. Your pitch is perfectly situated between the UNESCO World Heritage Upper Middle Rhine Valley and the Moselle, serving as a great base for the region's many highlights. Nearby, you'll find the famous Geierlay suspension bridge in Mörsdorf, the Loreley, and numerous historic castles. Hiking enthusiasts will love the first-class trails like the Soonwaldsteig or the Rhine Castle Trail. The picturesque old towns of Simmern (with its palace), Kastellaun (with its castle ruins), and Boppard on the Rhine are also well worth a visit. The wooded Soonwald forest invites you to idyllic excursions, such as the Waldsee Argenthal, which is easily accessible by car. Cyclists are also well catered for, with well-maintained paths leading across the Hunsrück and along the Rhine.
