Discover our beautiful pitch/tent meadow nestled amidst tall trees on our spacious property, conveniently located near the A4 and A72 motorways (approx. 5km each). This makes it ideal for both travelers passing through and those wishing to explore the Erzgebirge foothills for several days. **Infrastructure:** * Bus stop: approx. 5 min walk * Train station: approx. 15 min walk * Bakery: approx. 7 min walk * Supermarket: approx. 2km away (best reached by bike) * Outdoor pool and swimming lake: approx. 5km away each (also easily accessible by bike) Electricity, water, greywater disposal, and toilet facilities can be provided upon request. Pets are welcome upon inquiry: cats are always fine, and we're happy to accommodate well-behaved dogs too 😊. Everything else can be discussed. Please note, this is for exactly one pitch/tent meadow. Vehicles can park on the paved area, while tents can be set up on the meadow (minimal slope). The building next to the pitch is not a residential building, but it houses the sanitary facilities for guests. If you're brave enough to travel with an electric motorhome, we have an 11 kW wallbox available. It can be used if the amount of electricity charged can be verified via an app, etc. (and paid for, of course 🙄). **Important Note:** Not suitable for large caravans (2.5m wide) due to a relatively narrow access road and difficult turning.
