You will stay on an idyllically located farm in a prime setting. The site is also suitable for larger vehicles. If needed (during wet weather), a paved/hardstanding pitch is available.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Your host is expected to be away for the entire month of September. During this time and going forward, registration (for the tourist tax) is automated and handled directly by NOMADY. This gives you, my valued guests, more time to simply enjoy the view.

Access is easy from Spiez / N6 motorway exit or Thun Süd.
IMPORTANT: Motorhomes with a height of 250 cm+ must access via Spiezmoos (towards Riedern).
PLEASE NOTE: This pitch is particularly suitable for self-sufficient vehicles.
Spiez is centrally located for excursions around the area.
Simple, well-kept sanitary facilities are located in the farmhouse boiler room. Bicycles can be parked easily and securely, and can also be recharged here. This service is available primarily in the summer. Access is straightforward even with larger vehicles.
NOTE:
- Guests enjoy an exceptionally beautiful location with panoramic views of Lake Thun, the Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau.
- Sanitary facilities at house Hhstr. 58 are shared with other guests and the host.
- The farm is actively operated. Farm work and grazing animals with cowbells (autumn & spring) during the growing season are customary.
Please keep the farmyard clear for agricultural machinery!

The camp is located on a working farm. During the winter, spring, and autumn, you can enjoy the sight of cattle grazing with their calves.

-Lockable storage (boiler room) for your bikes. A power socket is available for charging e-bikes.
-Washing machine available on request for CHF 3.- (excl. detergent; please leave the money in my mailbox).
-A fire pit with a grill is available under the barn at Höhenstrasse 57. (Please clean and return it after use).
-For the pitch by the fruit trees, you will need approximately 50m of cable (from the 16A outdoor socket at the milk room).
-In case of bad weather, vehicles can be parked below the barn at Höhenstrasse 57 (gravel/concrete surface).
PLEASE NOTE: The farm is leased to a farmer who has kindly agreed to the camper site operation. Therefore, I select spots that work for him as well. Thank you very much for your understanding! :-)

You can cancel up to 3 days before the latest check-in time on the arrival day. The refund includes the booking amount minus 1.5x the displayed Nomady fee. The cutoff is the latest check-in time of this spot — not midnight. Cancellations apply to the entire booking including extra products. Partial cancellations are not possible. Cancellations are only accepted via the designated cancellation tool. Verbal or written agreements cannot be taken into account. You can find out how to cancel in our FAQs.
Rules

Access to the interior of the courtyard buildings is strictly prohibited!

Fires must be kept at least 30m away from the farm buildings and are only permitted in a fire bowl or your own barbecue.

Well-behaved dogs are, of course, more than welcome. We kindly ask that you bring your own waste bags and, as a matter of courtesy, always pick up after your pet! :-)

Firewood: CHF 10.- per (red) RAKO crate. Please leave the payment in the Heinz Wittwer mailbox.

Recycling/Trash: Please place (properly;-) full official trash bags in the container at Hhstr. 64. Thank you for your cooperation!

If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is absolutely the right place. We had a wonderful 2 days and this view is a dream.
The spot at the front on the meadow is gorgeous, the view is a dream, and it is wonderfully quiet. The host was away during our stay, and probably for that reason, the sanitary facilities were in a rather dismal state, meaning; dirty. We have our own electricity, so we didn't need any. All in all, a very nice place that we can highly recommend.
Found everything I needed. Everything was very straightforward. Will probably come back again.
A fantastic place with a magnificent view, completely private and yet with all the comforts (shower, toilet, sink, electricity). On top of that, a lovely host who was reachable at all times (even though not on-site at the moment). We will definitely be back! Thank you very much, Heinz. Our new favorite spot 🥰
The view is magnificent. The location is quiet. Despite being away, the owner always answered our questions via the platform.
