Dogs are free to roam the property, a way of life that is still very much the norm in this part of Austria.

The property features a tree swing, children's ride-on toys, and skateboards. Guests can climb the trees (at your own risk) or enjoy the treetop observation deck. There is a natural, untouched stream perfect for playing, as well as a small pond with a playhouse. You can even try your hand at wood cutting ;) It’s a playground for adults too!

Enjoy your own private sauna equipped with a sound system, available for use upon request. Charging for electric vehicles is available at a rate of 30 cents/kWh. Drinking water is, of course, provided free of charge. Greywater can be disposed of in the septic tank. Firewood is available for purchase at 5 euros per bundle, depending on your usage.

A very beautiful spot! At night, we saw the stars. Thomas had great tips for the surrounding area, and we kept getting visits from the neighbor's cat ❤️

Very warm welcome. Quiet, very dark site, very well suited for astronomy, clear view to the horizon to the south and west (2 streetlamps to the east, 200-300 m away; if you set up behind the motorhome, they don't bother you). Water and electricity available. You need to have your own toilet.

Super cool area. Lots of scenery for sure and very quiet. There's a farm track passing by the pitch. You can expect about 5-10 people and 0-4 tractors per day. Thomas is very nice and we really enjoyed our time with walks, workouts, campfires, and the sauna! Thanks, Thomas!

A wonderful spot right in the middle of nature, on the edge of the village with absolute peace and quiet! Pitch in a flower meadow with a view of meadows and woods! Thomas wasn't there in person, but we received a wonderful welcome via a very friendly introductory phone call with helpful info and tips! I found the route we drove from just before Melk to Langschlag really beautiful. Personally, I really like the landscape because you can see the balancing rocks everywhere. Thomas was very friendly and easygoing, which I really appreciated since it was a spontaneous booking. At the site itself, I really liked that we were situated between the conifer trees and were a bit more sheltered. The highlight, however, was the sauna, which was available for a small extra fee. So we would love to come back :)
