The campsite is nestled between a babbling brook and a peaceful pond. Set up your tent at the water's edge, surrounded by unique nature, where the gentle splash of the fountain meets the whisper of the stream. Listen to the croaking frogs and the chirping crickets, and wake up to dive into the water with the very first rays of sunshine. The Kasperhof is a traditional Black Forest farm, complete with animals, a distillery, active farming and forestry, a farm shop, a wood-fired bakery, and a selection of local Black Forest specialties for sale. The pond was once used to generate electricity for the farm. Today, this swimming pond is open to our guests and those of us who live here. Relaxation by the brook and nature-filled experiences by the idyllic pond are all part of the stay. Observing the local wildlife—frogs, dragonflies, amphibians, and herons—is truly fascinating. If you're very lucky, you might even spot a kingfisher diving into the water, showing you exactly how it's done in a flash. Quiet hours start at 11 PM out of respect for nature, the animals, and your fellow guests.
