Due to our work schedules, we kindly ask you to book at least 24 hours in advance. This also applies to weekends. We offer two overnight pitches on our property, a former trout farm located in the Southern Harz region, just outside Uftrungen. It is an excellent starting point for excursions into the Harz Mountains. The grounds are partially fenced and easily accessible via a paved driveway. The 6,500 m² site features a natural spring (not for swimming), a stream, two halls, and a bungalow. Two toilets and one shower are available for your use (please note: no washbasins). You are welcome to use the small grill, fire pit, or fire barrel, as well as a hammock and two cozy covered seating areas. A hot tub is available for wellness use (not as a swimming pool) by prior arrangement and for an additional fee payable on-site. Please take all trash with you and dispose of it yourself. Dogs and cats are very welcome; we only ask that you pick up after your pets. While on the property, pets must generally be kept on a leash, though free-roaming may be possible at times by arrangement. Outside the property, leash laws apply in Saxony-Anhalt from March 1st to July 15th. We like to be present for a personal briefing upon arrival, so we will need to coordinate a check-in window. Directions and further details will be sent with your booking confirmation. Admittedly, we cannot always respond to bookings immediately as we enjoy spending time away from laptops and phones. We check our messages twice a day (morning and evening) and will respond warmly then! We hope you understand this in our fast-paced world. Our property offers the same sense of 'slow living' and relaxation. Important note: Guests are responsible for maintaining the hygiene of the toilets and shower during their stay. Both will be handed over in perfect condition, and we ask that they be left the same way.
